GENERAL :

  • Communication is Key :
    -Please write in a clear and concise manner of your requests for your piece. Be as specific as you can.

  • Visual references are greatly appreciated! Please prepare references for your idea/s when you are about to commission me.

  • Characters will be illustrated in my art styles. Please refrain from requesting me to mimic another artist's style.

  • Please keep in mind that my styles may be subjected to small changes as I continuously grow as an artist.

  • You may post your commission as long as you do not claim the artwork as your own. Please give proper credit to me when posting it on social media platforms. (Ex. "Commissioned Art by Bright Colored Mold/Colored Mold")

PAYMENT :

  • PH (LOCAL) CLIENTS: GCASH,PAYMAYA
    INTERNATIONAL: PAYPAL

  • Payment is required before I start on the piece. Either pay in full upfront or pay a 50% down payment then the rest before I email the final piece.

  • Refunds are NOT ALLOWED! - Once the art piece is in the middle of being made, you can not ask for a refund. You will have to inform me quickly early on the process or immediately if you suddenly had a change of mind.

  • I will send an invoice to the provided email. The client is required to send a screenshot of the transaction as proof of payment. This will confirm the commission as official and I will get started on it as soon as I received it.

  • Tips are optional but very much appreciated.⭐

DISCLAIMER :

  • I have the right to decline any commission requests.

  • I reserve the rights over all commissioned pieces. This means I can use it for my portfolio or social media content.

  • Unless stated by the client that it is for commercial work in the beginning of inquiry, commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. You are prohibited to use the commissioned piece/s for commercial purposes. (i.e. selling it as prints or merchandise, or resell the digital commission.)

  • You may NOT use/sell the commissioned works as NFTs (Non-fungible tokens).

  • You may NOT use the commissioned works to input in AI generators.

OTHER NOTES :

  • Rush Commissions are not allowed.
    I am might take a while doing a commission in which depends on how complex the piece is.

  • I will only do 2 revisions at max. Anymore than the maximum will be additional fee charges.
    These will only be done during the coloring stage.

  • Turnaround time can range from 2 weeks to 2 months.
    I'll make sure to keep you updated should there be a delay due to various factors such as complexity of the piece, school, or personal issues.

  • Final piece will be sent via email as a PNG file with watermark.
